Notre-Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cité is in the heart of Paris. It receives more visitors each year than the Eiffel Tower.
As sunset falls, the Champ de Mars, named after the God of war, lights up. The park stretches between the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire. This view is from the top of the Eiffel Tower. In the past, the park was used by the military as a marching ground, hence its name.
